The Doggie Detailer is setting an entirely new standard in professional pet care! We're proud to offer exciting new alternatives for discriminating pet owners and their companions. We are thrilled to introduce our all new facility, that is meant to be an all natural resource for caring dog and cat owners in the Chautauqua County area.
The Doggie Detailer considers itself the cosmetologist of the canine world. All of our services are aimed at keeping your pet (s) clean, healthy, and looking great! We offer the highest quality grooming services available. We use only the best all natural products, and the most state of the art equipment. Our groomers and assistants at The Doggie Detailer are highly trained, professional animal caregivers who love animals - and like you, want only the best for your best friend (s)! We treat every pet in our care as if he/she were our own.
Our goal here at The Doggie Detailer is to create and maintain a clean, quiet, stress free spa environment for our special four-legged friends. All of our packages are created to offer very individualized services to each and every client that comes to visit. Every precaution is taken here at the Doggie Detailer to ensure a safe, secure, fully sanitized environment. Extreme care is taken by all of our staff to ensure that all areas of our facility are regularly cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized through the use of commercial disinfectants. All equipment is sterilized between clients as well.
The pet care professionals at the Doggie Detailer believe that grooming should be an event your companion enjoys. Grooming should be a relaxing, positive experience, and we strive to create this experience for every client, with every grooming. We do not use any type of sedatives to perform services. We pride ourselves in being able to help owners who have hard-to-groom dogs. We utilize aromatherapy and soothing music from "Healing Music for Animals and Their People" (Healing Touch for Animals) to create a relaxing, calming environment. Our pet care professionals are highly skilled in working with pets of all temperament types to build trust and create positive grooming experiences that lead to positive behavior changes in relation to grooming, even if your companion has had negative grooming experiences in the past. If you have a pet that has to be sedated to be groomed, talk with us, and we can discuss methods that may be able to help!
New clients visiting the doggie detailer for a styling appointment are scheduled to allow enough time for a short consultation with our groomer. During this time, she will evaluate your pet and discuss any concerns that you may have. Style options will be presented at this time and a decision will be made as to what choice will best suit your pet's coat type and your family's lifestyle.
Prior to your arrival, you can complete the needed paperwork by clicking on the link, printing the informational and "Owners Agreement" forms, completing the forms, and bringing them to your first visit. It is also required that you bring your pet's immunization records and any special items or medications you would like your pet to have while in our care.

We not only offer the highest quality in professional pet grooming for our four legged clients, but we can also provide information around animal health and health care. We use only the highest quality all-natural products that focus on the skin, coat, and the overall health of the pets in our care.
Our services are performed in a low-stress, calming environment
We don't just shave down every dog we see! Dematting is always done automatically. We strive to save as much coat as possible without causing pain or discomfort to your companion. We also take into consideration how much coat can be easily maintained by your family. Shave downs are a last resort during a spa visit unless specificially requested by the owners. (Extra dematting charges will apply).
And, YES! We also offer baths and grooming services to your feline companions as well! |
